We are looking for a Campus Growth & Outreach Associate to join our founding team and lead our outreach initiatives with colleges and universities across India.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, faculty members, Training & Placement Cells, and student communities.
- Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, career guidance sessions, and awareness programs on campuses.
- Represent the organization during institutional meetings, education events, and student engagement activities.
- Develop and manage a network of Campus Ambassadors across institutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Generate institutional partnerships and support business development initiatives.
- Travel to colleges and universities as required.
- Maintain records of outreach activities, leads, partnerships, and campaign outcomes.
What we need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Campus Recruitment, Sales, Client Relations, or Educational Outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in addressing student and faculty audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
